Shipping Information

Our shipping and handling fee covers the cost of postage and packaging. We take every precaution to assure that your order will be received by you in excellent condition.

Domestic Fees

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our preferred postal carrier. We will always try to send your order in the most efficient, least costly method.

Most orders with a value of $25 or more are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless it is to your advantage to ship by First Class. Priority Mail arrives in 1-3 days and starts at $4.95. Prices based on weight and distance. Flat rate options available when possible.

International Fees

We ship packages under 4lbs. via Priority Mail to all foreign countries when possible. WE WILL CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Please feel free to enquire for a quote.

Shipments that are over 4 lbs or will not fit into the USPS large flat rate envelope will be billed a quoted by USPS. We will ship First Class International unless you specify Priority Mail International. First Class International may at times be less expensive, however, delivery time can be much longer. Priority Mail International will reach you in 6-10 days while surface mail will take up to 4 weeks or more. We will adjust the final shipping rate on your receipt.

Because there is no system in place to track International orders, Quilting Books, Patterns and Notions can not guarantee delivery.

Sales Tax

New Hampshire is a sales tax FREE state!

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Returns Policy

Before returning any item, please email us at info@quiltingbookspatternsandnotions.com

Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions, books and patterns cannot be returned. Please make your selections carefully.

If you are not satisfied with any other goods supplied, you may return them within 30 days from date on receipt for a refund. All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If an item is returned for exchange, additional shipping will be charged on the new item being sent.

If goods are damaged or faulty when received, (other than damaged by the USPS), please return for full credit or replacement.
