The Office Bridge, crossing the North Fork of the Willamette River, was constructed in 1944. At at 180 feet it is the longest covered bridge in Oregon. Constructed by the Westfir Lumber Company, it was designed with triple beams to provide strength needed to accomodate loaded log trucks. The name came from the fact that the bridge connected the mill with the office. It also incorporates a covered pedestrian walkway.
